  2. Say whether you are the owner or a member of the public.
  3. Name the business, the fact, and the evidence.
  4. We review your evidence and let you know the outcome. Previous dated records are preserved.

Corrections are free, whether or not you subscribe. Submitting a request does not immediately change a receipt: any update must meet the same evidence rules. Payment never touches the record.
