Refunds and cancellation
Watching costs $149 USD per month for one selected business and renews automatically until canceled.
14-day first-payment refund
Email watch@lodestarstamp.com within 14 calendar days of your first payment to request a full refund of that payment. Include your Stripe receipt reference and the business name. No explanation is required. Refunds go to the original payment method; your bank determines when the credit appears.
Cancel future renewals
Email watch@lodestarstamp.com from your billing email address. The time we receive your request determines whether it is before the next renewal. If processing your timely request overlaps a renewal, we refund that renewal. Access continues to the end of the paid period unless you ask us to stop emails earlier. Cancellation does not refund earlier periods outside the first-payment guarantee, except billing errors and any rights required by law.
If fulfillment fails
If we cannot match the purchased service to the exact business you selected or cannot provide the baseline, we will resolve the issue or refund the affected payment. Do not pay again to retry a missing briefing.
Your public receipt
Cancellation, refunds and nonpayment never change, hide or remove a public receipt. Corrections remain free and follow the same evidence rules for everyone.
